Would an employer see my closed case in a background check?

if i were to apply for a job that required a background check would the employer be able to see what my offenses were. my file or case is supposed to be sealed..it was a misdemeanor and my probation ended over a month ago.

Answers:
You would have to check with your attorney to be sure -- they could pull your records and make sure the case was sealed.

It may still be accessible that there was a case -- but not the details.
