Need a lawyer in Dallas Ft Worth to prosecute my previous employer?
I have proof that he logged into my personal gmail and yahoo account along with my personal web server because I have his IP all over my access logs and also he told people at work that he did so. I want to sue him for illegal access to my personal files (NOT RESIDING ON WORK COMPUTERS BUT ON MY OWN COMPUTER). Please please help me find a lawyer that can help me prosecute him. Its the same way if I had accessed work computers from my home and tried to change stuff. THANKYOU

How did he get into your accounts? Did you give him your passwords? Did you log in from work yourself and he traced you? -- be prepared to answer these questions when you do get to an attorney.
