I need the statute of limitation for South Carolina, Florida, Alabama and Colorado. Does anyone know what they

I am looking for the statute of limitations for the above states for Bank Robbery

Answers:
In Alabama, bank robbery is generally classified as a felony, and any felony offense involving the use, attempted use, or threat of violence against a person or serious physical injury to a person is not subject to *any* statute of limitations.

I don't think there is a statute of limitations on that offense.
you could check each state's law library
so you robbed a bank in three states and you thought you would ask for advice on yahho. If you get caught now , you would go down as one of the dumbest criminals ever.
Bank robbery is a federal crime as well as a state crime. The federal statute is 5 years.
