Is it really true that there's a legal age limit that you can have sex?

If you are below it, then you can't legally consent to have sex with another individual - minor or not.

Check in your state. I think the youngest age of consent is 16, but I could be wrong. Each state has a different age.


Yes, it is called the age of consent. I believe it is 17 in most states.
It may vary from state to state,but yes,there is a leagl limit to when you can have sex(If it's with an adult,usually beginning@eighteen)That's called statutory rape and is a punishable offense
