Does justice really prevail or does it really just come down to which lawyer is the best liar?

Answers:
I'd say it comes down to which lawyer can convince the jury that their story is right.

Just think of the OJ trial and the injustice there because a smooth talking lawyer could convince a jury.

Justice prevails. But our system is not perfect.
Today we do not have justice. You are guilty until proved innocent.

I dont even think a good lawyer will help anymore.
Cases are won based on evidence. Evidence does not lie.

Also, lawyers don't testify so they have nothing to lie about. They jsut ask the questions. If anybody lies it would have to be the witnesses.
