Legal questtion about dui in alabama?
i recently got dui i blew exactly .08 the officer said i was speeding that why he pull me over but he wrote me no speeding ticket before i could be release from jail i would have to blow under .08 within a hour i blew a .02 when i bailed out the bondsman told me that the cop must have profile me because it was 4am and i was driving a camry i am white so i don't know much about profiling and i am in a lot emotional stress b/c of this charge under the law i will have to go to jail for a period 5 days which i don't want to be there can anybody give me some insight on what could or fixing to happen to me i am not ashame to admit i am scared i work late nights at restuarant and had got off and went to a pub with coworkers to shoot pool and drink i did sit there and drink water for the past hour half before i left it was not even 10 minutes after i left i got pulled over. i really can't afford attorney can i afford to be in jail or pay there heavy fines what can i do to get mercy

Is this your first offense ? I really don't think that they want to afford you to go to jail for five days. They want your money. They don't want to spend their budget plan when they can use the money on something else. You could lose your license(that can be optional)(at the court's discretion). DUI School, Community Service, Alcohol classes, etc.. Should you lose your license, ask for a worker's license so, you'll be able to keep your job. And most of all, SHOW REMORSE. It usually helps.
