Do Massachusetts state laws allow you to use the temporary (paper) copy of your license for 21+ places?

Ok, so long story short, my purse was stolen and my license was of course in it. I'm 22 and cant really go many places with friends so I needed a new license... got new license but only the temporary (paper) copy so far. The plastic license will come in about a week in the mail... my Dad's band (Urban Legend) is playing Tammany Hall this Saturday night so I really want to be able to get in... according to Mass state laws, should I be able to use the paper copy to get into 21+ venues like Tammany Hall or other bars and clubs?

Answers:
Mass law allows it. That is an official ID but the place may try to give you a hard time.
