How do I get our town police chief fired for not doing his job, and being bias?
my family and I were attacked and called 911. the police chief showed up 2 hrs later, and cited us, instead of the people who came over and attacked us. we were found not guilty. everytime we call "911" or the police the chief tells them not to respond. we've had our stuff stolen, and our back door kicked in twice in two days, and our front door kicked in once within the past month. He (the police chief) refused to let us file charges against the people responsible for these acts of violence. My little brother and sister were attacked yesterday, and the only thing that happened was he made the people who attacked them apologize. what the heck is that, I say I wanna file a complaint cause this isn't the first time this has happened, and they won't let me, and make the people say sorry. after a 10 yr old, and a 9yr old were beatin in the head with objects repeatedly, and bitten. one of his officers said "get a protection order against them". Instead of doing their job.

Have your story written up and get a petition going. Then you have to take it to your city hall. Due Process.. I'd ask you if you lived in the same town I do but I always forget that Pigs are all the same.
Generally only the city council has the right to hire and fire police chiefs.
You can contact the county sheriff or state police and explain the problem and see if there is any way they have jurisdiction in your particular area, but laws vary on this from place to place. If you think it's a corruption matter, then definitely go to them.
Why do you want to stay in this town anyway?
If you think there is bias involved contact the ALCU for help. If you think it is a case of violation of your civil libertis becuae of race call the FBI as your civil rights are protected by Federal law. If you are right and reasonable you will prevail.
