im 17 about to turn 18 and gettin married in TX
do u need nething besides a liscense??

The ability to spell "license" before applying for one would be nice.
You also need the ability to go through with the ceremony without being under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
To apply, you need your photo ID and birth certificates, and maybe SSN. Ask your local courthouse, and your parents.
