If a someone is arrested for drugs and neglect of a dependent?
and the child is removed from the home being put in anothers care, when charges are filed through prosectuors office and neglect of a dependent isnt one of the charges filed, is that a mistake on the DCS's part?

DFS should be somewhere involved and they should have taken the child to decide what happens, well thats what they do where i live
4 a child 2 b removed from their home you would think that there should b charges! the charges of drugs shouldnt b the only charge! i feel if a child has 2 b removed from home then then that should b its very own charge! child endangerment for a start!
