Here's what happened with my dad:
He got a second DUI during a car accident. When he went to trial he was convicted of the non-felony charge, so only went to jail for 10 days instead of getting convicted of the felony charge and going to prison for 4 months. You'll probably still go to jail, but if you're convicted of a lesser charge, it will probably be for a short time. Get a lawyer.

in what context? have you been arrested and charged with a crime?
For what? Murder, assault, robery with a weapon? all of the above very good. Traffic ticket, littering, smoking in banned place, J walking, all very bad.
It all depends on what you are charged with and convicted of. I think that they are trying to make examples of celebrities like yourself, so there's a pretty good chance that you will go to jail. They put Paris Hilton in jail, so they probably will you, too. I am praying that you won't have to go, and that you will start to take your life more seriously and straighten it out. You are a beautiful and talented girl and I hate to see you waste your life on partying. Please make a serious commitment to stop the insanity. Good Luck.
