OK you have up to four years to claim this but go to BBB.com fill out a claim form and you will hear from them in about a week or so but before you do that try to talk to the dealership and see if they want to help you out before you go to the better business bauer "BBB" i had the same problem with my car the dealership didn't tell me about an accident but they did tell me it wasn't in one so when i found new parts on a car 2 years old i told them about it they were like "your trying to pin me down and it ain't going to work" they didn't know i had already filed the claim in but the next day i got my letter from BBB and they got one too so they called me up and said "Mr. last name goes here lol what can we do to make you happy"
so don't give up fight for it cant really say if you got a claim or not but do go down with out a fight
