Photo enforced ticket...?

I make a right turn in the intersection, with red light...can you receive a ticket for a right turn in the intersection with camera.?

Answers:
Yes.

I was researching red light camera violations. More than half of those contested are thrown out. That compares to contesting an officers testimony which is less than 1 in 20.

Depends. Some places allow right turns on red lights and other places don't. Some places that do may put signs up at some intersections that say, "No Right Turn On Red."
In CA you can. I took a traffic course and several of the other people there had camera tickets. One was for not stopping before making a right turn.
Yes you can and you will. You are supposed to stop at a red light and you can proceed with a right turn after stopping. Lots of folks don't stop. They may slow down but they don't stop. The camera takes more than one shot and it records the date and time including the minutes and seconds. By comparing the times of the two pictures, you can tell that a driver did not stop as required.
