Are 'Sancutary Citys' a new terrorists tool?
One of the suspects in the New Jersey killings is reported to be a member of the MS-13 gangs. We have a policy in the United States in many cities called safe havens, created by sanctuary laws. These laws basically prevent police from arresting individuals that they come across who are illegally in the United States for no other reason than they have crossed paths and that they find out that they are here illegally.
According to recent reports, MS-13 has made contacts with terrorist groups such as al Qaeda. Because these gangs are so adept at evading our border patrol and so knowledgeable about sanctuary laws, al Qaeda seeks them out as guides. When it comes down to it, we cannot afford to continue sanctuary hideouts in the United States. They give safe haven to gang members, and they destroy our streets and corrupt our neighborhoods. They even allow our worst enemies to ally with those individuals here illegally.

Yup!. and thanks to ACLU & Libs, there is nothing much we can do about it!
No, and if you knew anything about either Al-Qaeda or MS-13, you wouldn't even worry about that. I almost pity the poor terrorist sap who walks into a room full of MS-13. Almost.
yes , now when people call libs traitors there is proof
I guess it could be used that way. MS13 really needs to be dealt with.
If your city supervisors are in bed with the terrorists they plan to exterminate you.....
That simple. Vote them out if they are collaborating with the enemy..
I find it suspicious when anyone drops "al qaeda" into the argument. So to say ms-13 has teamed up with "al qaeda" is probably an overstatement at the very least.
Regardless, "sanctuary cities" do not breed terrorism. There has only been two foreign terror attacks on the US in the past..well as long as I can remember. And both have been against the twin towers. So, to say that sanctuary cities breed terrorism doesn't mesh. If they did, we'd be under constant assault or at least under more frequent attack.
Preventing police from arresting grandma Gonzalez who is here illegally and to prevent harassment of Hispanics in general is a good enough reason not to have police question the legal status of everyone they arrest.
I also do not find it a far cry to say that if we did not have sanctuary laws in place that illegals probably wouldn't report crimes to the police nor seek medical care as often. And this would, in my opinion, deteriorate the general living condition of any city with a large population of illegals.
Just a thought.
