After a trial?

i lost a trial and the judge ruled that i owe $5000 couple weeks ago.

will they send me a bill? and i just send it to the court? and is there a due date?

what happens if i don't pay?

Answers:
Unless another date is specified in the judge's decision, the amount is usually due in twenty or thirty days, depending on your state. No bill is sent out.

If you don't pay, they can (depending on your state's rules) garnish your bank account, take your house or car, etc.

Yes.

Yes.

The due date is whatever the paper you'll get says it is.

You go to jail for contempt of court.
