What are the bill collection laws for the state of Delaware?
Ihave have a 250.00 dollar medical from 1991, that sould have been paid by an auto insurance company but they didn,t pay, i have not responded to the collection agency, trying to collect the debt. I want to know is ther a time limit on them trying to collect this dept.

Yes, there is a time limit. But what it is and whether it has run out is dependent upon what the posture of the debt is - is it a judgment or just an unsecured debt?
