The question is incomprehensible. Do you mean that land should not be sold/bought? But is the legal possession of property/landed property the problem that causes terrorism and all such ? In Kashmir, land can be bought and sold by/to only Kashmiris and outsiders are not allowed to possess. Has this stopped terrorism? Assigned lands are bought and sold even if there is a period in which no transfer can take place. Has this given rise to problems or terrorism? The causes of terrorism and like actions are different. Every unhappy person is unhappy in his own way.
