Self assesment am I good or bad?

Answers:
You are both and neither. A self assessment, or personal inventory, is not judgmental. It's purpose is reveal to you and one other person you trust or a trained stranger, the defects of your character so you can begin the process of correcting them to create a more serene individual. "Defects" of character really means "aspects" of your character that are hindering your personal growth. Hazeldon books, (I'm sure they have a website) has a notebook that will aid you in this process. They do call it an inventory rather than assessment. I can assure you that you are not bad. You are the person molded into your present character by your genetic heritage and social upbringing. If you discover character traits that you believe are holding you back on this journey through life, you can change them. When you are finished with this assessment, you should review it with a trusted friendcounselor or even a stranger or who can point out where you have been too harsh on yourself, or not completely honest.

Are you asking if self assesment is good or bad?

It's good, but remember everything in moderation.
