Am i entitled to representation bt ACAS and will they charge me a fee?
I am not in a union and need representing at my appeal

They will give free advice but the costs of the person attending will need to be paid.
You can get anyone to represent you. Do know a barrack room lawyer in the pub.

If you are an employee you won't need one. The panel is extremely friendly and very much on the side of justice. It's not a court and the people are understanding. Just tell the truth and rely on the panel to be fair. Also a lone employee has the advantage when faced by a suited employer, manager and legal team, because they are the underdog, which the British love.
