Should I report my own mother?
My mom is taking money from her current work because of a work related injury. She's been "recovering" for 2 years now. She really isn't injured and is still pretending that she needs more time to recover. Should I report her? I know that she is my own mother, but I also know what is right from wrong. I am asking you this because today she told the police that I was going to burn the house down after we had an argument about me joining the military. I don't care what you think of me and my situation, but for the people who do care.Should I do it?

This is a tricky one. If she has a doctor who is saying that she needs to be out of work, ther'es not much you can do. If she's willing to call the police on you and make up stories, I think I'd try to distance myself from her as much as possible. I don;t think I'd be able to tell on my mother, but if you were ever asked, you shouldn't lie.
No, don't report your mother. If you're 18 it's your life. Tell her if she lies to the police that you'll report her.
so let me get this straight
for two years your mom has been fraudulent and has supported you with some of the money (you are an accomplise)
now you are mad at mommy so you want to narc her out
what branch of the service takes whinners?
no, you are just reacting normal by wanting to get back at her, just explain to her that you know she is a fraud and that you dont agree with it, getting her in trouble will not help you in the long run, just relax and re think your actions, because once you do something you can not take it back...good luck
If you are a doctor or have spoken to a doctor or your mother has told you directly that she is faking still being hurt, then maybe you should report her. It is the "right" thing to do. But at the end of the day only you can make that choice.
Hold it against her. If she threatens you with the police, you threaten her with the police. Don't go to them unless she leaves you no choice.
burn the house down ? - No, don't do that.
sounds like you want to strike back at her for what she did to you.
never a good idea - just walk away.
Depends are you trying to back at your mother for lying to the police or are you sincere enough about the reporting the issue? Just don't turn her in to get back at her, make sure you do it all for the right reasons, and not the wrong ones. Take care.
Are you sure about this, because most places fire people who are off work for one year. At least, that is the way it is in the state I live in. If a person is unable to work after a year, they no longer have a job with that company.
only if you get some money out of the deal
