Who is financing UN-s operations ?

All of the countries who belong to the U.N. are supposed to pay their way.

In many cases, they are way behind in their obligations.

All countries belonging to the UN pay dues which go towards managing the UN's operations. I don't know who manages them, and I think the dues are the only revenue they take in.
