I have an complaint with the eeoc,?

i filed an complaint with the eeoc against the company i was working for,its been 41/2 months, now its to the point that the eeoc has proposed a settlement offer to the company, does that mean that the eeoc has a idea that reasonable cause has been found to beleave that discrimation has been found?a determination in the case has not been made yet but sson to come,do anyone knows about this,or has been through this.

Answers:
It means the company was perhaps found to have violated the law. But you need a lawyer to collect damages from the company. The EEOC keeps what it gets, but they will turn evidence over in a legal case.
