Have you ever...?
...sued a former employer beacuse of wrongful termination?
If so, what was the outcome?
Answers:

fishineasy
Not me.
let it go dude
No but I have represented my employer on several such incidents. I am 5 for 5.
It's *extremely* hard to prove you were wrongfully terminated. If you're positive you were and can back that up with evidence, consult an attorney specializing in employment issues. The consultation may be free (or may not), and at the end of hearing your story and what evidence you have, the lawyer can tell you if you've got a chance.
Yes and now i am retired doing a part time job
Your avatar portrays you as an angry young man. Is this something that you need to deal with?
I have not ever sued a former employer.unless you consider divorcing my ex husband and business partner a wrongful termination.
umm well no i havent but i think if he just fired you for no reason that you should just really let it go because whats the point just get a new Job.
Never. But attended so many hearings about labor cases.
No because I have not been fired wrongly before. When I was fired, I deserved to be. I then went out got a different job, and was better of for it. Sometimes God kicks us in the butt to get us to do something which will benefit us in the end. Maybe that's what happened to you. Time will tell.
no I haven't.
