How do you tell the difference between a black lawyer and a black rapper?
I am going to court and I need to direct my defense to the right person. The plaintiff is a black drug dealer, his lawyer is black and his witness is a black rapper. The judge is the Tina Turner type and hates men. How should I juxtaposition. I want to walk.

If you do not have the common sense enough to ASK them who is the lawyer, I suggest you HIRE one! You are allowed to interview any witnesses before trial, so you should be able to recognize the witness after you depose him. If the Judge is not impartial, you can report her to the State Bar association and judicial ethics committee.
