People also can sue because they contracted AIDS from a partner without the parter telling the person beforehand.
Ethical - if someone doesn't tell their partner they have AIDS it's thically and legally wrong.
Legal - Same instance, it's against the law to not reveal to your partner that you have aids and criminal charges can be pursued.
