Answers:
AIDS is transmitted through blood and sexual intercourse. Therefore, the deteriorating ethics in sex can cause it to spread faster. Also, Injection based drugs, which are ethically wrong, are a place where AIDS spreads.
Persons infected with AIDS are also discriminated against. There have been many cases when people have been fired because they have AIDS, and those victims have sued.
People also can sue because they contracted AIDS from a partner without the parter telling the person beforehand.
Ethical - if someone doesn't tell their partner they have AIDS it's thically and legally wrong.
Legal - Same instance, it's against the law to not reveal to your partner that you have aids and criminal charges can be pursued.
Do a search on the legal and ethical issues of HIV, or medical legal issues. But some of the issues include discrimination, disclosure, job related issues, and confidentiality.
