What is legal age in France for drinking?

I don't think they have a drinking age.

They let babies drink.
Thats why they are so damn screwed up and dont shower.
It is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under 16. It is 16 to consume hard alcohol, last time I was there there were no age restrictions on drinking wine and beer, but there were on buying it.
