I agree so much i heard a rapist raped a 12 yr old girl and got away with it saying it was 'applied consent; she was 12 she didn't have the ability to consent to it!! then he went on to rape and kill a baby. All our rapists get away with it anyway they lie and the courts go soft on the criminals rather than seeing things from victum persective. Kids get kidnaped and thats the end of the story they don't do enough to stop it. My mate was almost stabed by her bf and the police said they couldn't do anything i was harrased by a drunken man on the way to work the police said they couldn't do anything. A neighbour has threatend to kill my mom on our door step the police said they couldn't do anything unless she took further action oh right so i might be able to call them when shes dead on the floor then the women would get a lesser sentance for pleading guilty and be let out in less than half her time to do it all again! its pathetic we should focus on the victum and trying to bring them justice rather than the criminal.
