Can lawyers practice in any State.?
A possible breach of contract will be charged against me in AZ, in which i believe i didn't and instead my Employer did. i live here in California now. and if ever i'll be getting an Atty. it'll be here in Cali. Will that be ok? or do i have to get a lawyer based in AZ.. Thanks a lot..

Lawyers are licenced in specific states. However, as close as AZ and CA are, you may be able to find one that is licensed in both.
