Am i ok or what?
walmart has sent me aletter that i need to pay them 200 dollars for an inccident that happened. they said i have 20 days to pay.
but when it happened they said all charges where dropped.
this happened before and they did it to scare me but this time they sent a letter from a diffrent city.
what will happen?

what was the incident? If you damaged their property, they have every right to collect money from you. If they are threatening criminal prosecution for something else but want a pay-off to stop it, then it could be extortion.

I would call them and ask them what is going on. There's no one anyone here will be able to tell.
I am assuming you shoplifted. Usually in these cases charges are dropped once you pay the fine. I doubt they said this just to scare you. I'd find a way to pay it if I were you.
Do you owe the 200 dollars?
If so,you will be found at fault in court.Do you have a defense against it?
You know better than I do if you owe it or not.
