If someone accuses you of shoving them at work, but they lied and it is know they lied, can this person be sued

Answers:
NO!~!

no harm likely means no case

oh
Not unless you can prove that they caused you financial damages, like got you fired, etc.
For what because your bloomin feeling are hurt? Get over yourself.
Unless you actually heard this person saying that he lied then no.he can't be sued.
Well, you could sue them for libel or slander, but you'd have to prove that you somehow suffered by their allegations. If they try to sue you for battery, you could try to counter-sue them.

But it would be better and easier to settle this out of court, by talking the people involved, the boss, or even accepting mediation/arbitration.
This is what is called "frivolous lawsuit" and I for one am sick and tired of all this crap. All these freeloaders want money but don't want to work for it. I know you work, but obviously you want more. May I suggest stripping? It pays good, so I hear.
