What personnel information is a employer required to give on request from a employee?
I have requested from my employer my personell records, what should me in those records when I recieve them?
Answers:
Everything pertaining to your work history:
What job you did.
How much you were paid.
Any raises that you received.
Any vacation time that you took.
Any benefits you received.
Your original job application/resume.
Any of the company's comments.
I think that under the Data protection act - you are entitled to see anything and everything pertinent to yourself.
So if it is in your file - it is surely relevant to you!

Under the data protection act, you can see any and all information written down in any form about you. simple as that.
Its possible that you may have to pay a small fee for this. If you dont think that you have all the information they have on you or all the stuff you wanted to see the go to citizens advice.
Your employer is required to provide you with a copy of all the information they hold for you within 40 calendar days.
