Can I file sexual harassment?
I decided it would be funny to streak a group of people including women. One of these women decided it was funny to grab my butt and my d_ck. Is this reallly sexual harassment aganst me?
Answers:
Well, she could file against you for public nudity.
It is best to leave it as it is
i don't know but it was your choice to streak.
well, you were asking for it
It can be...but it was your decision to streak and think it was funny...but it was out of hand for her to grab you. Either way, it was a stupid thing to do.
Go for it! These damn women need to learn they cant touch us men as if we are their toys to please them!
You have got to be putting me on....Get a life and keep your clothes on.
Isn't streaking considered sexual harassment?
No, it is not sexual harassment against you. According to the law, you provided an environment where the women could claim she felt threatened, or abused. Therefore, she cn actually sue you!
Sure you can! Go for it. Can I be there if it actually gets to trial? I soooo want to hear the argument.
If I was her lawyer, I would argue she thought you were trying to sexually assault her or her friends so she was simply trying to take you into custody but she couldn't get a good grasp on the evidence without proper equipment.
And of course, she has the right to cross file. Do you really have that kind of $$$ to just go throwing it around? You are very likely to end up paying your attorney, her attorney & all court costs.
But you can file. People file the darndest lawsuits everyday.
[Surely you recall the multimillion dollar pants case recently,. Filed by a judge! And he lost, of course. He lost big. HE now has been ordered to pay all costs related to the suit. ]
You're both even. You broke the law through indecent exposure and as it is a misdemeanor in the first place you probably wave certain rights which would enable the case would go in her favor.
