How does one get a civil warrant?

Can an individual take one out or must you go through legal representation?

Answers:
Your circuit court clerk will have a form for you to fill out for your complaint. Pretty simple, really. You'll probably pay a filing and service fee. If it's important, or a lot of money- use a lawyer. Actually, if you are pretty sure you'll win, let a lawyer do it anyway and charge the defendant with his fees.
