Theres a trial tomorrow and I haven't received my subpoena. Do I have to go?
Also is it too late to drop the charges?
Answers:
IT'S NEVER TOO LATE TO DROP THE CHARGES.
IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED NO SUBPOENA THEN HOW DO YOU KNOW THE TRIAL STARTS TOMORROW?
ARE YOU THE PLAINTIFF OR DEFENDANT?
Do you have sign a registerd letter for those subpeona's, if you don't I wouldn't go if I didn't want to. But, if you have to sign for them you better go because they can and probably arrest you.
If you didn't sign anything just tell them you didn't get anything, if they say you did make them show you where you signed your name.
Yep or the judge could order a bench warrant for FTA (failure to appear). It's not too late for a plea bargain! You should really consult your representation for these answers, though.
look you have been told there is a subpoena to appear in a court trial, not going can lead to a bench warrant, but in the end they may not even need your testimony to convicted your boyfriend, depending the other evidence at the crime, and if your boyfriend confessed they do not need you for a conviction, which will be a felony arson may go away for awhile
So what you think that your doing your boyfriend a favor by not going? He broke the law sweetie, if they did an investigation they aren't going to need your help sending him to jail...if that's what they even choose to do and what ? you think that the detective is going to forget to tell the judge that he did inform you? Just go and get it over with, it's not worth the warrant.
