Im about to file bankrupcy. I just took out a loan for $700 and I cant pay it back.?

Is it possible to put this loan with the bankrupcy Im about to file? Or will the courts consider this to be fraud?

Answers:
You probably cannot have this loan dismissed in the bankruptcy proceedings if you took it out in the last six months. Ordinarily debts you have incurred in the last three to six months are not dismissable under bankruptcy. It would be worth a shot to try to include it, but I am not sure that the court will accept it.
