let's say like the guy who invented square taco and made $ out of it.

That's not a copyright...you want a patent...if you're serious you need a patent attorney.
Talk to the US Patent Office to see if there is already a patent on it or not.
You can't copyright tacos. You can only copyright protect written or artistic works. You need to talk to a patent lawyer
You don't copyright something you invent---you patent it.
