i was arrested for driving without a license, 2nd offence

Not unless it was a specific condition of your bail that you could leave the country between the bail application and your court appearance. If you don't know, then it means it wasn't mentioned at your hearing - and it means that you can't leave.
Depends on the terms of your release. Check your bond or recognizance and if you are unsure check with the police, better safe than sorry, you don't wanna get picked up on a breach too.
