How long do an unlawful detainer stay on credit?

Answers:
I'm not sure what you're trying to ask. Do you mean "Forcible Entry and Detainer" commonly known as an Eviction? Are you saying that you were wrongfully evicted from your habitation? A more precise question will get a better answer, BUT any court judgment can be filed (abstracted) and be a public record for ten (10) years. At the end of the ten year period, it can be renewed for additional ten year periods until satisfied (i.e. paid in full). Credit reporting agencies routinely review public records to find out this type of information on individuals.
