There`s this underage kid with pics of him smoking pot and regular cigs...what can i do?
I mean should I report him to the police even though i live in a completely different state?He`s 16!and he`s smoking!

I say, yes. Report him. Print the pictures and mail them to the local PD or Sheriff's Dept in his area. ONE) If he's smoking pot this young, getting in trouble for it now will be to his benefit! Why let him continue when he still has a great life ahead of him? TWO) It will majorly discourage these kinds of photographs I'm all-too-used to seeing on Myspace, Facebook, etc...

send a copy to his parents and his local police station if it bothers you that much, let the proper people handle it

These are yearbook pics. Has the adviser/teacher for the yearbook seen these pics? If not, show them to the adult. They are legally bound by law to report it. That leaves you out of the middle of it.
