What it wrong with america's judicial system?!?

in february two 13 year old boys were charged with sexual harrasment in McMinnville, Oregon for slapping girls on the rear end in school while another man(not sure of what state or anything) who raped a little girl had his charges dropped because they couldn't find an interpreter! i believe the boys should have been in trouble but NOT with the law and this man who raped this innocent, little girl should have been tried.i am only 13 and dont know much about this but i do know that there is something seriously wrong with america's judicial system!

The problem is that people believe it is OK to violate the Constitution because the person did a bad thing. Heck, in this case he did a VERY bad thing. But the Constitution was very clear. Maybe you should vent your anger at the prosecutors that blew the case because the dragged their feet on getting the interpreter, not the judge for correctly applying constitutional law in the case.

It is because of the freaky liberal judges appointed by Carter & Clinton.
They are Freaks.
