How do i get a judge off my case?

Answers:
Do you mean off your case as in stop bothering me, or off your case as in no longer being the judge hearing your case?

In the former, I'd just let the judge do what he or she is doing. Especially if you are looking at jail time.

If the latter is the case, a "Motion to Recuse" is the proper thing to file, but they are VERY seldom granted. And if it fails, now you have a very mad judge presiding.
