Regarding the new school shooting in new jersey: HOW ARE THESE KIDS GETTING GUNS??
this is why all the gun control infuriates the living crap out of me. I have to go through a background check which I don't have a problem with, but how are these underage children able to get guns when I have to jump through hoops to get one if I want one and I've never committed a crime? can we admit that gun control is a farce and an utter failure and we need to start building new jails, stop throwing people in jail for twenty years for weed and start trying kids as adults with the same sentences that an adult would get?? nothing else is going to work!!

haha, While I was in Highschool, A friends brother offered to sell me a fully automatic .38 caliber hand gun for $200.
maybe we should work on mental health rather then a failed war against the second amendment to the US constitution.

There's a huge black market for guns.
One more reason keeping guns out of the hands of law abiding people won't make them safer.
When did they identify the shooters as kids? I know the victims were college age, but they did not specify who the shooters were. All of the victims were 18 or older and according to the last story I read it was an apparent robbery. The people who committed the murders probably stole the weapons from somewhere or bought them from someone who stole them.
Amen. Sueug Hui-Cho, the Virginia Tech shooter was able to buy his guns online and in a store. He had to go through the regular background checks and even though he had spent time in a mental facility, he was cleared to purchase these weapons. Yet when my brother went to the same store, 2 months before the VT shootings, they gave him a really hard time. And my brother is a member of the NRA, and only uses his gun for hunting. Gun control only makes it harder for the RESPONSIBLE people out there.
Anybody can buy a gun off the street but it's a rick one has to be willing to take. They were willing to take the risk.
Charging kids as an ADULT is pure BS BS B^%llSH&^
Can a kid buy cigarettes NO
Can a kid buy alcohol NO

Can a kid buy a porno mag or dvd NO
can a kid get a passport w/o parent consent NO
