Is it possible to sue??
I was in a casino with a friend and we were playing craps. Well the friend had to much to drink and the bar kept selling to him. Well around 2:30 in the morning he went and got a coffe, due to the fact the were longing serving drinks. Well after i was playing and winning he kept asking if i would give him money to play i said no and in a drunkin rage he threw the coffee all over me and yelled at me and stormed off. Now i wasn't burned to wear i was in the hospital for weeks but it did hurt like hell and i felt very embarrassed. Can i sue the casino?? If so what for?

Yes. You probably won't win. Sue them because they didn't protect you. Sue them because they didn't have him arrested after. Sue them for whatever your lawyer says. but you would be a creep if you did because in fact they didn't do anything wrong. They tried their best to give you and your friend a way to have a good time and instead the two of you probably embarrassed them!
Yes you CAN sue the casino.
And it will last about 15 minutes, just as long as it takes the judge to ask on what grounds you believe the casino to be liable for your friend's actions?
You have no case and face frivilous lawsuit expenses in defending yourself from the casino.
