Do we have a right to over react?
Ahmed Mohamed is 24 years old and 21-year-old Yousef Megahed Both Muslim with explosives near a military base. The Council on American-Islamic Relations have called them victims and that the over reaction on the part of the police is unwarranted. They are already playing the race card claiming they were picked out because of their middle eastern looks and decent.
What a way to get those that would do harm on U.S. a free pass.just claim racism and the poice will alter their search parameters to make it politically correct.
Sorry but if those 2 were on a some sort of personal Jihad...I hope we find out more.
I would also like to point out that anyone who follows the Jihadist way is part of those that we are fighting and it is not some "isolated" incident...I am sick of this PC or cover up crap that says those Muslims who committed acts and are not part of any known faction...well if they believe their ideoligy then they are part of one group Muslim fanatics. Am I wrong?

Unfortunately the Muslims in this country.. who are living the good life here because they did not like the land they came from.. had better get used to these things happening. It isn't nice.. and it isn't fair.. but it is the way it is going to be for awhile.
The U.S. cannot be blamed for looking at everyone a little differently. If I were a Muslim American I would be dammed sure waving the American flag and being happy that I was safe here. If I could not do that.. then I had better be on the next plane back to where I came from
Being an American is a privilege, not a gift and certainly not a place to hide. Defend what you think is wrong. but while this is going on.. be careful because you are going to be suspected.
Think of it this way.. at least you will not be shot on sight.. you will get a fair trial in this country.
Racism is not going to work and shouldn't right now.
Sadly, the very thing that makes our country great is also what allows incidents like this happen or should I say get carried out!
Aren't they considered combatants since they did have an unlawful weapon with them, considering their target?
Under the current laws can't we hold combatants indefinately until they wait tribunal???
Police need to be responsible but they also need the freedom to do what they swore to do and their jobs entail!!
Yes by all means over react, shoot first...
If they had real explosives and were by a military base then they need to be sent to jail if only as a warning to NOT do that.
People need to think before they do stupid stuff.
On the other hand, if they had just bought a half gas can of gasoline for their lawnmower and were driving home when they got stopped for their looks, then that's moronic. Yeah, it can technically explode. But it isn't an explosive.

PCness in a time of war, when east vrs western culture has never shown so brightly... its tough, but i say you have to protect yourself and the populus at all costs,
it may be a sterotype, but i rather have a bias protection force, than a dead family.
