Do you think the legal system is biased against the average joe?
If a scam artist scams corporations and companies who rips people off every day it’s a crime, but what about those companies that cheat and lie to the regular average Joe's? Aren’t they scam artists also? Why is not a crime for these companies?

Yes it is Very Biased. Have you tried to obtain an attorney lately and the cost to hire one? It is out of the reach of average American citizens. The laws have been changed to grant legal help to the average person! This being the case medical malpractice, civil wrongs don't happen in their fantasy world. Huge Corporations are the only ones with any rights and Your state legislators, Congress and Senate made that possible. A retainer fee of $10,000 for medical malpractice, No less than $1,000 f and up or EEOC discrimination cases, just to get it started. Justice does not exist for people earning less than $50,000 per year!
You need to be more specific. There are thousands of rules of business that need to be followed.
