That's a political question, not a legal one. You can get anyone removed from an elected office by impeachment or if they are in violation of ethics rules of that governing body.
There is no special set of laws set aside for politicians in elected office simply because they hold that office.
My opinion is obviously not, but you have to see ALL of the circumstances before you act. Many a politician can get railroaded by their political opponents. Do not let others make the decisions for you about anything in politics. Think for yourself.
No, but I have an example for you. A Senator's daughter was arrested for manufactoring meth. And she had her trial moved to another county that weren't as strick as ours. And she got off with community service. Everyone else see's jail time.
If she has not been prosecuted, then yes, if she has been prosecuted and convicted then no.
In this country even though that has been eroded over the past 6 years, you are considered innocent until PROVEN guilty not the other way around
Well, that is up to the voters. If, like Ted Kennedy, a lawbreaker keeps getting voted in, what can be done about it?
