Do you like the idea of 7,000 Iraqis living in the U.S.?
There are 7,000 Iraqi people being moved to Michigan . They well be supposedly receiving a home and a nice pay check to get them on their feet . This is true , I just cant find the article published . Dont you think were taking on too much people as it is in the U.S. my taxes are not going to cops or military or hospitals . Its going to illegals and now Iraqis . How does that make you feel .
Answers:
no I don't like it. but that the way it is.
now think about it for a second. we go over a bomb the hell
out of the country and we pick-up the pieces by bring the
people over here and give them money and housing.
You'd rather them stay in Iraq and become terrorists?
As long as they're not coming here to kill us, I'm alright with 'em!
We are not at war with Iraq, we are fighting a war inside Iraq, big difference. And those 7000 are joining the nearly 500,000 that are currently in the Detroit (specifically Dearborn) area.
We are not fighting a war against the nation of Iraq. We are fighting a war against terrorists. If you want to lump all Iraqi's into the category of "terrorist," then you are an ignorant fool.
i don't like anyone living here. everyone should leave and i will be caretaker of the world park and wildlife sanctuary. seriously Iraqis risked their lives helping US forces, some have already been killed for doing so. Iran has done more for those refugees than the US has. way to win hearts
Yes. I don't mind it at all. The majority of the people they're talking about art interpreters primarily employed by titan, and the grounds workers. They are both paid impeccably (the average Iraqi interpreter when I was in Iraq was like 1200 a month which is amazing considering the average Iraqi earns maybe 80 bucks a month) and they spend time with and develop bonds with the American soldiers (our interpreter played xbox with us alot). So as for transporting these people to America, I welcome them with open arms. I've seen them physically and mentally assaulted by Iraqi's so I'd say they're more American now than anything.
