My best friend is afraid of going to jail,is she with these reasons.?

my best friend Donna was walking and the girl was walking towards her and they were an inch apart and she was way taller than her,and Donna thinks she accidentaly kissed the girls boob.I mean okay its kinda funny,im trying not to laugh right now.But for Donna she worries a lot!because she thinks a lot because most of the time she is lonely and noone talks to her much except for me.Donna had worried 3 other times in 3 different situations when she thinks she sexually harassed someone, but nothing happened yet.Donna wont talk to anyone and shes having breakdowns and she keeps talking to herself.

Sounds like your friend has a problem with freaking out.

Accidentally bumping into somebody is NOT sexual harassment/assault.

You can not be taken to jail for sexual harassment. It is a term used in the work place. A company or a person can be sued for sexual harassment. A person can be fired or disciplined by the company for sexual harassment. A person can not be taken to jail for sexual harassment.

Sexual assault is a crime and you can go to jail for it. Of course accidentally touching a boob is a LONG way from sexual assault.

Is she cute, if so give me her number she won't be lonely anymore,

also if nothing was said at the time I won't worry about and mostly those rules apply to men so as to keep the quote ugly ones away from the pretty ones, but then there is drugs the ultimate path to death and sexual promiscuity.
