How do I get out of a traffic ticket?
I recently recieved a ticket for a traffic violation. The officer put the wrong city that I live in on the ticket. I have heard if they make any mistakes on the ticket you can get them thrown out. Is this true? If not what are other valid defenses to running a stop sign? A trap was set up and I truly believed I 100% stopped.
