Information on disputing a positive drugtest?

i tested positive on a drug test i took for a substance i dont do looking a recource of action to dispute the test

appeal to be retested, also if it was a urine test, request a blood test, and make sure to disclose anything you may be taking with a prescription, and also and over the counter stuff you use. that way the chemist and lab workers can rule those things out

ask to be retested.
